Пошаговое руководство по установке и настройке Cluster Banned Manager для оптимизации WoT Blitz

📥 Шаг 1: Скачайте приложение

Выберите подходящую версию:

Windows (рекомендуется)

  1. Перейдите в раздел Releases на GitHub
  2. Скачайте clusterbanned_0.1.6_x64-setup.exe
  3. Запустите установщик и следуйте инструкциям

Android

  1. Перейдите в раздел Releases на GitHub
  2. Скачайте cluster-banned-manager.apk
  3. Разрешите установку из неизвестных источников в настройках
  4. Установите приложение

⚙️ Шаг 2: Запустите с правами администратора

Important

Для Windows: Чтобы работала блокировка серверов, приложение обязательно нужно запускать от имени администратора.

Как запустить:

  • ПКМ по ярлыку → “Запуск от имени администратора”
  • Или настройте ярлык на постоянный запуск с правами администратора

🌍 Шаг 3: Выберите регион и сервер

  1. В главном окне выберите ваш регион: EU, RU, NA или ASIA
  2. Приложение автоматически покажет пинг до каждого сервера:
    • 🟢 Зеленый: <50ms — отлично
    • 🟡 Желтый: 50-100ms — нормально
    • 🔴 Красный: >100ms — плохо

🔒 Шаг 4: Настройте блокировку серверов

  1. Отметьте серверы, которые хотите заблокировать
  2. Нажмите “Обновить блок”
  3. Приложение автоматически:
    • Добавит записи в файл hosts
    • Настроит правила брандмауэра Windows
    • Создаст резервную копию настроек

🎮 Шаг 5: Запустите игру

Нажмите кнопку “Играть” — игра запустится через Steam или Google Play с уже примененными настройками.

❗ Частые проблемы и их решение

ПроблемаРешение
Не работает блокировка серверовПричина: Приложение запущено без прав администратора.
Решение: Закройте приложение и запустите его от имени администратора.
Не определяются пинги серверовПричина: Брандмауэр или антивирус блокируют ICMP-запросы.
Решение: Добавьте приложение в исключения вашего брандмауэра или антивируса.
Ошибка при обновлении hosts-файлаПричина: Файл hosts защищен системой или используется другим приложением.
Решение: Убедитесь, что приложение запущено от имени администратора и закройте другие программы, которые могут использовать файл hosts.
Приложение не запускаетсяПричина: Отсутствует .NET Framework 4.8 или выше.
Решение: Скачайте и установите .NET Framework с официального сайта Microsoft.

📥 Step 1: Download the Application

Choose the appropriate version:

  1. Go to the Releases section on GitHub
  2. Download clusterbanned_0.1.6_x64-setup.exe
  3. Run the installer and follow the instructions

Android

  1. Go to the Releases section on GitHub
  2. Download cluster-banned-manager.apk
  3. Allow installation from unknown sources in settings
  4. Install the application

⚙️ Step 2: Run with Administrator Privileges

Important

For Windows: In order for server blocking to work, the application must be run as administrator.

How to run:

  • Right-click the shortcut → “Run as administrator”
  • Or configure the shortcut to always run with administrator privileges

🌍 Step 3: Select Region and Server

  1. In the main window, select your region: EU, RU, NA, or ASIA
  2. The application will automatically show the ping to each server:
    • 🟢 Green: <50ms — excellent
    • 🟡 Yellow: 50-100ms — normal
    • 🔴 Red: >100ms — poor

🔒 Step 4: Configure Server Blocking

  1. Check the servers you want to block
  2. Click “Update Block”
  3. The application will automatically:
    • Add entries to the hosts file
    • Configure Windows Firewall rules
    • Create a backup of the settings

🎮 Step 5: Launch the Game

Click the “Play” button — the game will launch via Steam or Google Play with the settings already applied.

❗ Common Problems and Solutions

ProblemSolution
Server blocking does not workReason: The application is run without administrator privileges.
Solution: Close the application and run it as administrator.
Server pings are not detectedReason: Firewall or antivirus blocks ICMP requests.
Solution: Add the application to the exclusions of your firewall or antivirus.
Error when updating hosts fileReason: The hosts file is protected by the system or used by another application.
Solution: Make sure the application is run as administrator and close other programs that might be using the hosts file.
Application does not launchReason: .NET Framework 4.8 or higher is missing.
Solution: Download and install .NET Framework from the official Microsoft website.
